Pale gold. The bouquet is fresh, bright and crisp with aromas of cider, baked green apples / pears as well as cinnamon and hints of clove. Follows through in a light to medium bodied Calvados developing with flavours of ripe apple, pear cider and lively acidity. Trails off mildly varnishy, warming, dry, spicy. Medium long. Nice youthful style.
