Mole Kriek is a sour variation on our annual Cherry Saison (an autumn release infused with Kentish cherries from Mole Creek and Spreyton). Using minimal intervention and matured for 12 months in naturally sour wooden casks, this rare parcel is then married with a portion of the current vintage of Cherry Saison and bottled in strictly limited numbers.
