On International Women’s Day ‘22 the women+ of Shapeshifter gathered in the brew house and created this complex and multifaceted dark fruited sour. The use of specialty malts and generous additions of raspberry and mulberry purée has produced a beer that pours deep burgundy, is tart, jammy, has notes of blackforest and a hint of chocolate. This beer certainly measures up, just like the women+ who brewed it.
