Our favourite party beer Copacabana brewed as a Special Reserve Triple IPA! Pouring crystal-clear, this beer has been bruted before being finished with Champagne yeast which gives us a bone-dry and spritzy drop loaded with tropical aromatics of grapefruit, lime, white grape and lychee from the Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops.
